Relatable

I relate to you so much Katie when it comes to healthcare frustrations! When talking about children I get what you guys mentioned at the same time we have to look and consider special needs kiddos and the epidemic there including obesity. Considerate of all situations. Demographic shift. Consumer driven society. Poor researching ability to sift through poor quality info on the web and good quality info is tricky. I love what you guys are doing. Can’t wait to dive in. Thanks! -Amanda COTA/L CPST

Good stuff

Love the podcasts. It is easy to get off track or have negative thoughts take over. The time you put into podcasts are making a difference. Everyone needs encouragement, we may know what is right and what we are doing is right but doing right consistently is hard. There is a big gap between knowledge and application, your continued support through podcast and videos help to create motivation and inspire discipline to move forward when negativity tries to keep in.

Keep up great work.
