American Caesar ,

Wacky concept, crazy enough to work

Nick talks to some of the funny people in New York, whether or not they give a sh!t about movie culture, and gets them to watch a hugely famous movie that sits right in their blind spot. The conversations are excellent, because the movie choices are themed well to the guest.

Good idea but...

It's a good idea but when Star Wars comes up (and it's a movie podcast, so of course it comes up), it falls into the same tired Internet snark - George Lucas is horrible, the prequels are all CGI and the worst things ever created, etc.
