Moving to Tennessee

Just listened to several episodes & shared with family still in CA. This episode is spot on. We got out before we met the Krafts. We were fortunate enough to find the perfect house our only visit here to Williamson Co. This lifestyle change was a huge game changer for our entire family. We too knew no one when we moved. But our sons has the best upbringing here, we got out of heavy debt following 2008 market crash & I had the incredible blessing of being a stay at home mom for ten years. I only wished we had resources like Paul & Joann offer when we made the leap from CA to TN 16 years ago!

I am listening to this podcast for the 3rd time now! I can relate to so much of their story! It’s been so hard to find a good podcast or YouTube video that has the kind of information I needed to hear. So many videos have very simple information and are all the same. It is encouraging to hear Paul’s analytical view point on things and to hear Joanne’s heart. They make a great team! They go over so many good topics! If you are thinking about leaving California to start your own adventure in Tennessee, this is your starting line! What are you waiting for?

I’ve been looking at Tennessee as a retirement destination and soaking up as much info as I can. Paul and Joanna come at this subject from the real estate viewpoints which is not as covered elsewhere. Sure you can find agents galore on YouTube that will extoll the virtues of their areas, but this couple helps you understand the things that you need to think about when pulling up roots and replanting.

Podcast is fantastic! And after actually meeting and using Paul and Joanne as our realtors after we heard the podcast…. Everything they say is spot on and genuine. Can’t give it enough stars!
