❤️ this podcast!

If you... or someone you know is struggling with bipolar... this will give you some much needed insight and understanding. I spent YEARS trying to understand and reason with certain family members who are mentally ill.... THIS podcast has helped me so much. Mr Joe has given me something that was missing when dealing with the mentally ill people in my life; peace. Because when you have deeper understanding, that’s what you gain. I’ve listened to every Mr. Joe podcast (more than once)... and I’m so grateful that we live in a world with people that are willing to “put themselves out there”. Thank you for this life line!

THE podcast that got me started on my own!

Listening to Mr. Joe's podcast and learning about myself and my mental illness has been enlightening and comforting. Mr. Joe has been through it all (I used to think it was just me) and his knowledge and advice about mental health awareness with bipolar disorder is a great, great thing. Thanks to Mr. Joe, I'm 9 epsidoes in to my Mindful Bipolar podcast. I consider him a teacher, mentor and friend in this journey we're on.

Insightful

I like listening to someone who's going through the same trials as I and learning how others get past them. It's best to have a professional therapist but it's good hearing from someone who's going through it themselves rather than reading about it
