I'm very excited about our conversation with our guest this week.  Justin and I spoke with Jack Fleet, the Executive Director of the National Association of Royalty Owners, Inc. (NARO).
In his role as Executive Director, Jack works as an advocate for mineral and royalty owners like you and I at the at both the state and national level, giving testimony on the impact of legislation being considered.   
Additionally, he supports all of the state and regional chapters of NARO.  He has been involved at all levels of NARO from serving as Interim Executive Director in 2020, and is a past president of the NARO National board and a past president of the NARO Texas Chapter.  He has also served on the Oklahoma NARO, NARO Foundation, and NARO National Boards in various capacities and has delivered several presentations on mineral and royalty management at NARO events.
He is also a member of the AAPL and is a professional level Certified Mineral Manager (CMM) with NARO  and has taught several CMM review classes.  
Jack is the Managing Member of Fleet Dickey Mineral Properties, LLC one of his family’s mineral companies where he manages mineral, royalty, working and surface interest.
