Hard-hitting!

Charles is just great because he isn't afraid to ruffle feathers. He isn't afraid to ask the tough questions because he truly wants to help people avoid pitfalls and these are not the easy questions to ask. Did I mention that he is also hilarious? I know that many of you out there who have enjoyed his show haven't left a review yet. Lenny, I know you listen to every show, how about leaving a review?

One of the BEST podcasts

I met Charlie few years back at one of his events and really liked how he explained NOI calculation and his sense of humor.
I would request him to please tell us a bit more about his personal real estate deals specially ones after 2015 and how he has performed as sponsor and investor.
