What a joy to be introduced to this podcast for the first time while listening to my current titleholder, Corinne Devin, International Ms. 2020! Her advice is spot on about American Pageants. I hold the title of Ms. America 2020, and International Ms. North America 2020 as well as Ms. Congeniality 2020. As a National & International titleholder, business owner, mother, mentor, and advocate, I have found that multi-tasking is a must! I listen to this podcast while I drive, cook, workout, or jsut sit at my desk to soak it in and write a ton down! This has become my new fav go-to for insights around the world with pageantry! I was new to national pageants when I decided to enter Ms. America. I had a very unlikely (hoever, huge blessing) situaiton happen when I was 1st runner-up and got a call back to fulfill the role a week later! Ironically, my platform was 'Power of Liberty: Be Prepared, Responsible: Becoming Self-Reliant' which is what I needed, and what we all need today! Every day I listen to this podcast, I feel more preared, and relieved that THIS is why I get into pageants!
