Grateful for your mission and knowledge
I purchased Ben’s Mi40-X program in late 2017 and it changed my paradigm for lifting weights. As a previous college hockey player who has been trained to optimize performance on the ice through excellent personal trainers since I was 12, I had a preconceived notion I knew what I was doing. While searching for a new program to try and always having been a fan of programming as form of personal accountability, I stumbled upon Mi40-X and shortly after Ben’s previous podcast, “Muscle Expert”.
Ever since, I have made it a habit to listen to every single podcast because I am always intrigued by the topics and guest speakers.

Recently my girlfriend and I of 4 years broke up. This is my first long term relationship and heartbreak of this scale. I’ve been a depressed piece of crap this past week doing nothing and just being sad. Then one night I said I don’t want to be sad why am I being sad and not being grateful instead.
I dove into podcasts on a long drive the next day and found this channel. I listened to the 44(?) rules for a optimized body, soul and mind (or something like that Lol) and man... let me tell you it’s brought me tears, peace and realization opening my eyes to many things.
I don’t know the name of the owner or any social medias yet but I just want to say thank you so much. I’m going to come back a year from now after applying these rules to my life. It will be hard but I know I can do it I believe and can see it. 11/08/2020
