The hosts are so silly together and they give great fitness and food tips! The latest episode was cut off twenty minutes in and I really want to listen to the rest of it but how Marshall?

Longtime follower, one time guest and lifelong fan chiming in. Informative, captivating and engaging, the dynamic duo of educational comedy will have you won over from the intro.

Elysia Cronheim and Mara Marek combine their quick wit, stage presence and intelligence to deliver a 5-star service to their listeners and guests. You’ll definitely have to be on your toes to hold your own against these two. The guests are intriguing, and bring their own takes and experiences to the table consistently. Potentially dry topics can be dressed up with humor & charisma that’ll have you on the edge of your seat weekly.

Just listening to this podcast is self care

Super informative. I’ve actually incorporated a number of the subjects and recommendations from these two ladies and have seen the benefits. They do their research and find perfect expert guests to give the facts, not the fad. And the humor is a great way to give yourself a little love with the laughter these two power ladies/comedians/fitness experts bring to their episodes!
