Hands Down Favorite Podcast!

As a new vegan bodybuilder, I get so much out of every podcast. The real talk about body image and potential pitfalls help me make better decisions and have compassion for myself. I love knowing that they share a vegan perspective. Giacamo and Dani complement one another and give unique perspectives. Each episode has helpful information and is well laid out. Sound quality is great, too!
