For Even the Music Industry Curious

The majority of us live just tangential enough to the music industry to be curious about it. While I will never be a retro pop star, I do wonder how a musicians career trajectory can evolve and morph with the times to become profitable, satifying, and successful. Behind the Band satifies that curiosity for me, it links me with an industry I'm in awe of.
