GENIUS

When is the next episode ?!?! ......for years I’ve been trying to connect faith to a meditation like some kind of spiritual growth elevation. I thought meditation wasn’t useful because I was already praying so that’s meditation right ?? but I don’t think we realize how much setting an intention of focus is important to really elevate our prayers. Then last year I tried to learn the names of Allah but would fall on and off of consistency. This is the perfect balance to focus inward. Alhumdulliah May Allah bless you all for your efforts in connecting two things that are essential in life. After all prophet Muhammad went into deep meditations before receiving prophetic revelations.
