Jai Xiong is the owner/founder and Executive Pastry Chef of Amour Patisserie. She first launched her home-based bakery under the Cottage Food Laws of Minnesota in 2014, while attending Le Cordon Bleu in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She graduated in 2016 and also received her business certificate through Neighborhood Development Center (NDC) in 2017. After working for many years with some of the best-renowned businesses in Minnesota, such as JW Marriott and Interlachen Country Club, she took a leap of faith and officially launched her business in 2021.
