Hello and welcome to “My Brain on Tape”! I started this podcast to share my thoughts on topics I think we all ponder but never say out loud. I am a professional over thinker, so here is quite literally my brain on tape (hence the name)!! Each week I will dive into topics that I have been plaguing my mind like the toxicity of social media, why I can’t accept a compliment, the ideal runner’s body, and so much more. Really any topic under the sun is on the table. Hope ya dig!!!
