Episode 21 - with special guest Jay Chanthalangsy advocacy of self-healing
Jays works as EMOTION CODE practitioner, a book by world a renowned chiropractor Dr. Bradley Nelson explaining how our bodies trap and hold onto trauma, and how we can teach ourselves through feeling to release it and become a vessel that transmutes it versus allowing the emotion to stay there.
Jay Chanthalangsy advocacy of self-healing came from his own experience, during a time when his oldest daughter was diagnosed with a chronic disease which caused her to go into hospitalization for a year. During that time, Jay felt helpless, with the looming worries of his daughter health coupled the high anxiety from his partner life started to feel overwhelming. They vacillated between home and the Ronald Mcdonald house which was equipped with a gym. Jay turned to fitness to help him cope.
