Let’s face it; our lives are inundated by distractions, a varied list of things that suck up our time and keep us from becoming overly successful, tackling long to-do lists, and/or fixing our kids dinner. Few people are more distracted than friends and fellow writers, Jamie Wright and Matthew Paul Turner, which is why they’ve started a podcast to discuss all of the good, weird, indulgent, self-helping distractions that keep them sane and less preoccupied with all of life’s less enjoyable activities. So, if you’re looking for a good excuse as to why you haven’t started or finished something, join Jamie and Matthew each week for My Favorite Distraction.

Great podcast for the ADHD

This podcast is great conversation between two people that bounces from one subject to another. By the end you forget how you got to the subject you are on. Just the way my mind works!!

Top of my playlist

I listen to a LOT of podcasts, but when this episode drops it goes to the top of my list. Just people talking about life, but they make it interesting.
