You’re not alone, we’re all weird here

Edited to add: I’ve listened for a few years and lately, the entire production has taken a downward swing. The girls seem annoyed that they have to record. The live shows ugggh are now constant with bad quality and the stories they give at live shows seem rushed, censored, and feel as though they’re finding a quick way to post content and cash in without having to do any extra work. Idk. I’ve found myself ditching the shows half way through which is insane because this show used to be a huge highlight for me two times a week. The earlier shows are amazing but since the start of the year its lost its authenticity. I almost felt shamed when listening because they really seem that bothered by having to do a studio episode. I’m all for them gaining fame and heck I’m proud of them and want them to be wealthy wealthy wealthy- but don’t forget where you started. You’re beginning to lose your most loyal and cash spending fan base. Stop cutting corners, stop making your listeners feel as if you’re throwing us a bone, go back to being real. It’s beginning to feel like a narcissistic dog and pony show.

I’m keeping my review at 5 stars in hopes my girls will bring it back and begin to love what they do again. I feel as almost they’ve gained their own network but lost control of their own show. Maybe the powers that be have a stronghold on content and production right now- who knows- Hopefully, this podcast will return to its truly earned 5 star status. I want to stay loyal and I feel like so many other murderinos do as well. Please don’t let us down, we want you to succeed. Hear us!

I was suggested this podcast by a patient at my work after she heard me discussing the (local) case of Tara Grinstead and the gory details that were emerging at the time to a coworker. I’d failed to notice the patient walk up and I quickly apologized terrified she’d heard everything and would be disgusted. But, to my surprise, she was not, she set her keys on the counter and added her own details and theories. Ladies, that’s when I met my first murderino in the wild! She turned me on to this podcast and I haven’t turned off since. I love it so much and so will you! My husband purchased tickets to see their live show in Atlanta but unfortunately *Atlanta Traffic* happened and we didn’t make it in time. I am already on the lookout for their next show dates. They have a way of making you feel right at home. You won’t be the weird girl obsessed and intrigued by crime and all things eerie. I think we are a smart group and understand a lot about a lot but murder is one thing the we can’t understand and that’s why we find it so fascinating. Come on, you’re not alone, we’re all weird here.

Used to love MFM :(

These ladies used to be the best podcast ever. So funny, relatable, genuine, and down to earth. The fame got to their head and now they’re lazy, whiny, and entitled. They only post live episodes, which are horrible. On the rare occasion they do an in-studio podcast, it’s full of self promotion and whining with little to no research on their murders. They’ve completely lost everything that made their podcast so amazing. Hate to see the steady decline they’re on but they’re doing it to themselves :(

too much wasted time..

I gave this podcast a chance because I love true crime, however, these people waste 20+ minutes getting to the story in the full length episodes. Way too much stupid and mindless chatter and less true crime. WASTE OF TIME!
