About Dr. Chau
Dr. Chau is a real estate investor and mentor. He has a doctorate in pharmacy and a masters in business administration from the Roseman University of Health Sciences in Henderson, Nevada. He is an immigrant who came to the U.S. with nothing but the desire to get a degree. Previously working as a pharmacist, he began with various businesses, such as restaurants, e-commerce, and even real estate, to achieve financial independence.
Dr. Chau started investing in real estate over 10 years ago and even took mentorship from realtors Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi. In 2014, he started listing his houses on Airbnb and learned about Airbnb arbitrage in 2016. In 2017, he moved to corporate housing after seeing how lucrative it is. He now manages 30+ properties and 3 multi-family buildings, and has since mentored over a hundred students on corporate housing arbitrage.

About Rebecca Moore
Rebecca Moore, along with her husband Warren Buller amassed several single family homes while stationed in the different locations the US Navy sent them. In 2012, they founded Starboard Equity for the purpose of investing in real estate to become financially independent. With over 10 years of experience in real estate investing, Rebecca is a full-time multifamily syndicator, asset manager, and investor. She has led the acquisition of five multifamily properties and owns over 2000 multifamily units.
While Warren was stationed at Naval Base San Diego as Commodore, Rebecca began to syndicate in Dallas-Fort Worth. Because she was able to hold a full time job in one state, travel to find exceptional properties in another state that generated excellent returns for investors, she has been a featured speaker at real estate investing events and webinars to inspire others to do the same.
Rebecca has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and practices Psychodynamic Psychotherapy for a very select few people. Warren Buller holds master's degrees in National Security and Human Resources. Warren is a retired Naval Surface Warfare Officer.

About Russ Morgan
Wealth Without Wall Street’s Founder and Partner, Russ Morgan, is known as “The Idea Guy.” Russ began his professional career as an investment advisor in 2004 after graduating from Auburn University — a slight foray from 10-year-old Russ’ dream of becoming a professional baseball pitcher. Russ started IBC in 2009, and eventually went on to found Wealth Without Wall Street in 2015. Russ' mother was an enormous inspiration for him growing up. As a single mother with two young children, she took a rigorous, accelerated track through college while working multiple jobs, all with the goal of bettering her children’s lives. When he’s not working, you can wave to Russ on a boat at the lake pulling his kids around on a tube. And on Sunday mornings, he’s probably rushing to church with his family … only 10 minutes late.
Russ’ creativity, fresh ideas, and knack for problem solving are indispensable assets to his role at Wealth Without Wall Street. Russ would describe himself as competitive, creative, and passionate; his colleagues would likely add that he is helpful and abundant. I recently listened to an episode of the podcast 'Goal Setting with Paul David Thompson' and it was incredibly informative and inspiring. The host, Paul David Thompson, has a clear passion for the subject and his enthusiasm is contagious.
