Great Info But Difficult to Follow
This show is full of interesting information and great points on the rewards and challenges of transitioning from the nursing field to becoming a practitioner. However, it’s really difficult to follow at times because everyone makes excellent points, but sometimes the complete thought is not finished due to another member of the panel starting another thought .......it’s probably tough to organize discussion from multiple minds knowledgeable on the field of nursing, but it would really be helpful to those of us trying to write down and take in the information. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!

Friends of Flo-Bullying in Nursing
I really enjoyed this podcast and could relate to what the other nurses were speaking about. The issue of bullying in the nursing field is definitely one that is problematic and resolvable. Like Rebecca mentioned, its up to each one of us to speak up against it. Whether it’s damaging gossip or harsh treatment by other nurses, it’s our duty to care for our community of nurses just as we care for our patients. To not do so, I feel is contradictory to what we say we represent. That is, people who are nurturing, caring and stand by protecting the dignity of all people.
I love this!
The first time I found out about this podcast was on my Nclex Mastery app. Honestly, this nclex app had helped me a lot. It gave me information every day. We all know that nursing is a continuous learning process and learning is not always based by the book, Nurses learn from experiences, from other nurses, from our patient and I feel that whenever I hear other people’s perspective it opens up new ideas, it helps me think outside the box. I can say that this podcast deserves a five star. I was very ecstatic and eager to listen to Andrew, Tess and Rebecca. I hope to become one of Flo’s friends one day. Kidding aside, all the information that they imparted on this podcast is really helpful. I’m happy to add a new routine every morning, wake up early, listen to this podcast and enjoy my coffee. Kudos guys!
