When I plan a presentation, it always makes me think of the reasons people may not implement the things I'm teaching. We call these limiting beliefs.
This is the little voice in out head that says, "That will never work in our salon", or, "My team would never agree to that", or "I've tried that already and it didn't work".
It's important that I address these "limiting beliefs" during my presentation, so that people leave feeling confident and start seeing the results I want them to have!
