#20: There are literally thousands of specific behaviors you could do every day that would be beneficial to your health. But nearly every one of those behaviors falls under one of my top 20 habits for a healthier life.

As I go over the 20 habit categories, you may wish to choose one or two you’d like to work on in your own life. Remember, health isn’t a race…you don’t need to implement all 20 of these habits right away. But it’s nice to take inventory every now and again of where we’re at, and what areas we might want to work on going forward.
