Before beginning her civil service career, Dr. Pam spent three years as a program educator (independent business owner) for the Department of the Army, developing training and educating soldiers and their family members on domestic violence, child abuse prevention, and stress, and anger management. She began her federal career as a Management/Budget Analyst for the Office of Training and Professional Development for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives. Also, She spent time working as a Senior Budget Analyst for the Department of Defense, Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense. Before working at her current agency, Pamela served as the Supervisory Budget Officer, having funding responsibilities domestically and in five international countries in four regions (Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Johannesburg, South Africa; Brussels, Belgium; Manila, Philippines; and London, United Kingdom). She served as a civil servant for the Federal Government until November 2020.
She is now a sought-after, savvy, busy boss lady strategically building brands, educating entrepreneurs, and providing a vast array of written business services.

Minister Patricia Marrero was born and raised in College Station, TX., the seventh child of fifteen children (seven girls & seven boys) born to Ree Vee and Vernon Thompson.
She has eleven siblings. She joined the Army in 1989 at the age of 31 and served 29-1/2 years. Patricia held various positions such as Behavioral Health Specialist, SARC Coordinator, First Sergeant (Upper Management), Operations Manager. She retired on June 29, 2018, and became a licensed minister on May 17, 1999. She has two adult children (son and daughter) and one teenage grandson. Patricia recently married on July 16, 2021, to Kenneth Joe Marrero. Now a blended family of seven adult women, two adult men, and twelve grandchildren (five girls and seven boys). She is currently living in Melbourne, FL.

Hamadi believes that EXPOSURE empowers all! Hamadi’s tenure in education has allowed him to make lifelong connections with both stakeholders and students. Hamadi participated with the People to People Ambassador Program for many years. He served as a Teacher Leader and Program Assistant traveling with students from across the globe domestically and internationally to learn more about culture, civics, and leadership. Hamadi also participated in the Ambassador Leaders program.
In his spare time, Hamadi writes poetry and plays in a local African drum and dance ensemble, Zaki, which allows him to celebrate his culture and his love of music. In addition, Hamadi continuously seeks opportunities to enhance himself and those around him.
