The Naetif Jen Podcast is about all things Indigenous. It was born out of a need to connect as I live far from my Alaskan motherland. I interview amazing Indigenous people and we talk about all the things. This includes life, business, wellness, spirituality, and life abroad. It is through my own self-reflection and guests that I explore the differences between our Arctic cultures, but also a commonality of strength, resilience, family, connection, and a deep love for our native people. At the heart of it, I am a storyteller. Welcome to my unconventional journey.

    Episode 19: Josepha Lauth Thomsen

Josepha is a Greenlandic Content Creator, Entrepreneur, Photographer, Mask Dancer, and Social Media Manager. She is an outgoing, humorous, beautiful, and refreshingly honest person whom I found on Instagram years ago and started following her journey. We talk about her travels, Greenlandic sustainable tourism, trying to have babies, her fantastic photography, mask dancing, and everything in between. She has this ease of being refreshingly open about her struggles as a mom and entrepreneur. At the heart of everything she is a storyteller with an infectious smile and she has this way of teaching us about Greenland and her life through her lens.

    Episode 18: A NJP Update

    Episode 18: A NJP Update

It's been a while...a long time since I posted a new episode. For that I am sorry. A lot has happened since last fall. A lot has changed. With that comes transitions, growth, and healing and that's exactly what I focused on.

Here is what this episode and update is all about:

Moving back to Denmark from GL
Spirituality: How I got into shamanism and it gave me a new way
    Indigenous wellness: Movement, food, spirit
    What's to come:)

Thank you for showing up when I couldn't. I appreciate you and as always, I hope I've earned the privilege of your time.

Indigenous Podcasts

It is so refreshing to hear another Native voice. No matter what obstacles you run into, never let others silence you. We need more indigenous creators out there. Screw Lint & AVLL, don’t let them keep you down!!! Rise up!
