Loving these uplifting and real podcasts

Highly recommend from a total yoga newbie just trying to connect the dots. I love Candace’s approach to yoga and fitness. I’m finding myself applying her simple tips into my everyday interactions/routines/exercise. She is hardcore into fitness, no doubt, but somehow she makes it sound like you’re just chatting over coffee with a longtime friend.

I enjoy listening to Candace when I’m driving. She always has topics relevant to my yogi lifestyle. I’m an instructor and find some good content to liven up both my classes and my life 😊 Always miss her during her in-between season hiatus 😫

Highly recommend

Love this podcast. It’s simple, but informative. Candace picks topics that are relevant to her readers and seeks to give them ressources in terms of good people to know, her experiences etc. She always gives concrete examples and stays on topic. No room for vagueness!
