One of my favorite podcasts!

Everything discussed is incredibly relatable. Candace does a great job at connecting life circumstances both on and off the mat. I look forward to the new podcasts coming out each week during the season. I’m so excited for the guests during this season because I know they will be everything and more for the yoga/health and wellness community.

Loving these uplifting and real podcasts

Highly recommend from a total yoga newbie just trying to connect the dots. I love Candace’s approach to yoga and fitness. I’m finding myself applying her simple tips into my everyday interactions/routines/exercise. She is hardcore into fitness, no doubt, but somehow she makes it sound like you’re just chatting over coffee with a longtime friend.
