Definitely recommend!

What I love about the podcast is thoughtful content. There isn’t a lot of fluff and extra chatter, it is focused on the topic and that is just perfect. Fousia’s interviews are poignant, asking the questions that are on my mind as I listen so she does a great job of representing the listeners. Recommend this one for your everyday podcast fix!

Favorite Podcast Hands Down

On my way to work, while finshing tasks at home or even before I sleep, I love to play an episode from Sis Fousia's podcast. I'm so inspired by the countless fierce, indepdent, empowering women she interviews. My favorite episodes are those that revolve around mental health. Mental health is something that is brushed under the carpet not only in my, but many, cultures and communities. It's refreshing (and healing) to hear mental health advocates talk about issues that affect us as indidivuals and communities. Keep up the excellent work Sis! I look forward to more episodes.
