Chef Natalie Young overcame personal challenges and beat the odds of making it to the top in the culinary world. She owns two celebrated restaurants in Las Vegas, eat and Old Soul, and her modus operandi is “keep it simple”.  Not only are her restaurants thriving, she found a way, during the pandemic, to help feed the local community.
