Sick? Start here first

I’ve been sick probably most of my adult life and just never knew it. However officially diagnosed with diabetes about 10 years ago and most recently with polymyositis last year. If I had only found Ali Miller before all this, I truly believe I’d be a healthy and happier version of me and so would my kids. She is straight forward, smart, passionate about health and food as medicine and just overall probably the best I’ve ever heard. She says things that are way above my head but then flows right into explaining in layman’s terms. Super super easy to understand and relates it to real life. Buy her book, The Anti Anxiety Diet (yes even if you don’t have anxiety) and listen to all her podcasts and let the pieces of the puzzle fall in place!
