Great Podcast but Homegirl trippin

I definitely agree with a lot of the views presented in the podcast. But homegirl bashing Cardi B based off the simple fact she is simply appealing to the already problematic system of the female rapper blows me. I find it very shallow that just because Cardi B “twerks” and was a stripper she feels as though it is okay to call this woman who has worked herself to the bone to make money to support herself, her family, and positively affect change in the black culture a Bafoon. Maybe focus more on why so many Cardi’s and Nicki’s are pushed to the forefront rather than bashing the person for simply being themselves. I encourage her to open her mind to the fact you do not have to be necessarily conservative to be a positive voice for the culture.
