Negotiation & beyond!

What I love about this podcast is that Kwame doesn’t discuss just the specifics of negotiation in a traditional sense, but how to relates to other facets of our life and career. He’s smart and so easy to listen to!

Niadancer ,

Negotiation, psychology, empathy, and more!

I love Kwame’s interview style and the wide range of topics covered on the podcast. Really great podcast for being a better negotiator, communicator, and human in general. And I love the motto that “the best things in life are on the other side of difficult conversations.”

So prolific that the only downside is that it’s hard to keep up with all the episodes!

Jonathan Mahan ,

Great energy, great guests

Kwame has such infectious energy and always manages to bring the best out in each of his guests!
