Kip is putting massive action into reshaping how college athletes view the concept of masculinity. After a series of harmful incidents on campus at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon, Kip felt lucky that his players weren't involved. But he didn't want to stop there. He decided that he wanted to do more to ensure that his players understood what it meant to be stand up citizens in the community. 
On today's episode Kip talks about his Leader's of Men program and why it is an important tool for university sport's programs to be aware of.

A rising tide raises all ships.
This is the truth and a big reason it is so important for all business owners to learn how to contribute and build up the community around them. This conversation was inspired by a challenged from Dick Withnell at a YMCA event in Salem, Oregon. At the event he challenged the audience to think about who would be the next generation of community leaders.

Last week I had the opportunity to talk with Kyle Sexton and Tom Hoffert about myths circulating throughout our business community.
Those familiar with the podcast have heard Tom on previous episodes. He's CEO of Salem Chamber of Commerce and previously worked as Sales Manager for Don Pancho Authentic Mexican Foods.
Kyle is a thought leader in the business community and regularly speaks around the country as well as internationally.
