Have been listening to Case’s podcast for over a year now and I can’t say more positive things about his content. I can always find a way to relate to his topics and can utilize his tools in my daily life. I never thought that as a 38 yo female, I would be addicted to listening to a 31 yo “dude bro”
Seriously, Case Kenny is a breath of fresh air in the Self-Help arena. He’s entertaining, and fresh. He offers a simple and tangible approach to becoming your best self. I’ve been binge listening to his podcast since last week and already implemented several of his suggestions. I’ve already noticed differences in my interactions with others and mostly my mindset. I highly recommend checking Case out if you want a low key message with major results. I know I’m already screaming, “new mindset, who dis!” as I continue my journey to grow into the best version of myself! Keep up the good work!
