Top of my list!

A truly unique podcast on clinical workplaces and business environments alike! Brian’s cadence and vigor when explaining topics and passionately laying down the truth is captivating! I turn on a podcast usually to listen for a few minutes while doing another task but end up just listening intently and stopping what I’m doing because of the way these podcasts go into depth! I look forward to each one especially because they tie together and always give me a new ‘aha!’ moment!

Volume!?

The new season 5 intro is out so I had my hand on the volume just in case but was hopeful. But the intro is way too loud still!!

I had the volume way down to barely hear Brian so don’t know what he said at the beginning but slowly upped the volume to hear when he would cue it. He mentioned it would be new for 2022 so I was excited! Maybe he got feedback to give me the 5 star experience!!

Nope. It is still uncomfortably painfully way louder than his normal content. I will listen to this one but no more. It is so uncomfortable and ironic since his “client experience” is no good with that overlooked detail.

My office is a client and we’re happy with the NPG team, the instant replies, beautiful custom flyers for events we have put on etc. but this podcast content is pretty wordy and assumes we’re not doing the things already so is not as uplifting as I would like. This podcast is telling us we should have fear which is basically not the culture of our office. We’re more excited and vision based so we stay self-motivated. Maybe that is his sales tactic though.

Also, there is some language so I can not put it on with kids in the car either.
