New series is coming! An invitation to pause and reflect before 2024 The Business of Psychology

Just a quick note to say Merry Christmas and encourage you to take a moment to stop and reflect.
Here are my recommendations for some reflection:
Collect up your year, month by month what were the learnings, achievements and challenges (use your diary to help)
Ask yourself these questions:
1. what do you need to let go of from 2023?
3. what do you need to bring with you into 2024?
4. what do you want to create in 2024?
4. what does fulfilment look like for you?
