These are consistency, commitment, choose, community, and connect. My bonus "C" is clarity. All of these are keys to create habit change through mindset and daily choices.
Everyone needs these things in order to be successful in implementing goals and habits. These keys can make the difference between a short-term changes and habits that actually stick in the long term.
