    In this episode Scott Grossenbacher sits down with George Pordea of International Access to Missions. George has served in his home country of Romania for nearly 2 decades and has a passion to connect leaders to mercy ministry around the world. At the time of recording, the camp that George runs in Romania is home to 70 Ukrainian refugees. In addition to aiding in the refugee crisis in eastern Europe, International Access to Missions regularly serves Romanian orphans and partners with local school to serve the underprivileged.

    This episode explores the ideas of leadership, mercy, faith, missions, taking action and trusting God.

Not only could I simply listen to Scott speak on this topic all day long, but I am so grateful for the solid value he brings to each episode. He shares it all, bares it all, and leaves nothing to chance when it comes to understanding how to strengthen leadership and teams! This is a podcast that will hit my weekly listening schedule!!
