NFT Collection IRL Event, Web 3.0 Style: Lessons From Veecon NFT 365 Podcast with Fanzo

I've been lucky enough to make a career as a keynote speaker traveling around to conferences and events around the world and most recently attending a wide range of NFT industry events from NFT NYC to Miami NFT Week. 
This week was my first "NFT Collection" event, Veecon for VeeFriends of course hosted by nonother than Gary Vaynerchuk.   Although I'm a VF2 holder and been a big fan and aligned with Gary since 2014 I also knew this event was during a tough time in the NFT/Crypto space as well as in a world still dealing with covid so I will admit my expectations were low.  
1 hour into I was blown away at the production level and the overall vibe of the vent.  
But I wanted to make this episode actionable so I decided to take the angle of what we can learn from Veecon for other NFT projects to launch their own "NFT Project IRL event" and here are just a few things I covered: 
Friendliness over WAGMI

Gary only did a 20-minute spot
Don’t take yourself too seriously with the fake Gary Vee’s
