Our special guest this week is writer, preacher and former college campus minister, Liz Cooledge Jenkins. Liz is the author of Nice Churchy Patriarchy: Reclaiming Women’s Humanity from Evangelicalism. She lives in the Seattle area with her husband and their black cat Athena. We talked with Liz about recognizing patriarchy in the church, how to confront it (or how to walk away from it), what discernment is, how women can find themselves in the stories of women in the Bible and much more.
