This week's guest is a reiki master and sound healing expert: Nicole Rutsch! Nicole is a Karuna Holy Fire Reiki Master, Sound Healer and Herbalist. She started working with Reiki as she faced diversity which we will get into in this episode. Reiki is a Japanese therapeutic technique, which allows the healer to move energy in the patient in order to encourage emotional and physical well-being. She also mentors future soundhealing students in The Soundhealers Academy, a 60hr sound healing certification course. This episode changed the course of my mindfulness journey going forward.
