    This 2021 version of the practice has been updated by Nid to reflect the greater light that she can offer in the practice now that her own pain management is fully resolved. 
    Nid developed this practice to manage her own migraine pain based on Eastern traditions of using white light to clear the body's energy into balance.

Life affirming podcast clears my mind

I wanted to say how much I enjoy this podcast. I found it to align well with my personal goals of reducing stress and anxiety - very difficult right now with a hectic 24 hour news cycle as well as more pressure on myself personally. Thank you for helping me using healthy techniques that I can use in my daily activities. I will await more recordings with eagerness!
