Nitika Chopra - Founder, Chronic Illness Advocate, Creator Claim It! with Tricia, Your Joyologist

Nitika Chopra is the founder of Chronicon, a media and events company, dedicated to elevating the lives of those living with a chronic illness.  We go through her journey from being diagnosed with psoriasis at the age of 10 and psoriatic arthritis at the age of 19.  What happened to allow herself to start dreaming and thinking outside of her circumstances.  The message that she got that led to the creation of her online magazine Bella Life and how that led to hosting her own TV talk show and what led her to creating the amazing Chronicon community. And of course we talk about so much more including the toxic areas of wellness and personal development and how they can actually be shame inducing and harmful.
