How else can we make sure women are recognised
Today we are sharing a previous episode from the end of last year 2020 which had a big impact because it focuses on what else there is to do when it comes to being more visible.
Sometimes when you feel like you are doing ALL the things and nothing is changing in terms of your career progression opportunities it can be frustrating to say the least and can lead to resentment.
I can see this now especially after the pandemic and people starting to realise what matters most to them and demanding more flexibility at work - there is talk of the 'great resignation' and this is happening as more companies are losing their best people when they don't need to.
In this previous episode I go through a whole load of questions that companies can use to assess where their employees are at right now and what they can do to help them be more visible and get the opportunities they want.
If you want to assess your own visibility then grab the 2021 quiz to see what you score and identify what more you can do for yourself!
