Comfort zones v. Showing up Resilience is the cornerstone of visibility Reflections from the challenge of the Manchester Marathon and lessons learned Today I am going to give you the lowdown and lessons I learned from completing one of the hardest challenges I have showed up for recently and that was the Manchester Marathon - now to all you runners out there you'll get what a big deal this is for me and to those of you that don't run yet I hope it inspires you to start to do something that you think you can't because you totally can..
It’s also the last episode of the podcast for 2021 - there are exciting things happening over at NMH HQ which involves further exciting work on the importance of women being seen and heard, so we are taking some time out until the new year when there will be a new season starting.
