Literally one of my favorite podcasters, literally listen to this when I’m working out , driving by myself. I’m always in my head and this gives me a sense of clarity to know that I’m caring to much of what others could think and that the more you focus of yourself, and be in the present is your best option and so much more!!! Yes she’s my podcast guru love her

A little bit sweary…LOL

Sara is so great with her advice and the practical ways she recommends to reclaim your space. My F-budget is so much better managed than ever before thanks to things learned in Season 1. I’d read the books, but hearing it from her is even better! Can’t wait for Season 2 to come along.
