Dirty Weekend
3/4 oz Gin
3/4 oz Blanco Vermouth
3/4 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
2 Barspoons Olive Brine
2 Dashes Olive Bitters
2 oz Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
Top with Soda Water
Build in highball glass with ice, garnish with expressed Lemon Zest and Olives
Last Vacation
1 oz Gold Rum
1 oz White Rum
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz White Grapefruit Juice
3/4 oz Cinnamon Syrup
1 Barspoon Maraschino Liqueur
2 oz Brewdog Elvis Juice or other Grapefruit IPA
Add all ingredients except the IPA to a shaker with ice and shake briefly to chill and combine. Add the IPA to a highball glass and then add the contents of the shaker including the ice. Stir to combine, top with more ice and garnish with a Cinnamon Stick and Grapefruit Wedge.

1/2 oz Amaretto
Cola
Build in an ice filled large rocks or highball glass, garnish with a wedge of Lime and a Maraschino Cherry
For a Sophisticated Lounge Lizard try 1oz Stambecco and 1oz Dark Rum as the base.
Harvey Wallbanger
1 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Galliano or other Vanilla Liqueur
6 oz Fresh Orange Juice
Build in tall ice filled glass, garnish with a slice of Orange and a Maraschino Cherry

2 oz Blanco Tequila
1/2 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz Cinnamon Syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass. No garnish.
Pineapple Freight
1 1/2 oz Pineapple Rum
3/4 oz Velvet Falernum
3/4 oz Benedictine
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Whip shake all ingredients with a little pebble ice, strain into a highball glass filed with pebble ice, float 2 dashes of Angostura butter and garnish with a Pineapple wedge and sprig of Mint.

Amaretto Sour by Jeffrey Morgenthaler
1 1/2 oz Amaretto*
3/4 oz Cask-Proof Bourbon
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 tsp 2:1 Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Egg White
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake without ice or (even better) use an immersion blender to combine and froth. Add ice and shake. Strain over fresh ice into a large rocks glass, garnish with a twist of lemon and maraschino cherries.
*Use Frangelico instead of Amaretto for a Frangelico Sour
Arsenic and Old Lace
2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Dry Vermouth
1/4 oz Creme de Violette
1 Barspoon of Absinthe
Add ingredients to a mixing glass and stir well with ice to chill and dilute. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an expressed twist of lemon or orange peel.

1 1/2 oz Overproof Jamaican Rum
1/2 oz Mezcal
3/4 oz POG Juice
(equal parts Pomegranate, Orange and Guava juice)
3 dashes Chocolate Bitters
1/2 oz Cinnamon Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Lime
Shake with ice and open pour into a Tiki Mug or highball
glass. Top with more ice, garnish with a Mint Sprig and Pomegranate Seeds.

1/2 oz Amaro Nonino
1/2 oz Curaçao
1/2 oz Campari
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
Stir ingredients with ice in a mixing glass, strain into a
rocks glass over ice, express a Lime Peel over the drink and either add or
discard.

Juliet and Romeo
2 oz London Dry Gin
3/4 oz Lime Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
3 slices Cucumber
1 Mint Sprig
A Dash of Rosewater
A Pinch of Salt
Muddle the cucumber and salt in a shaker tin, then add the Gin, Lime Juice, Simple Syrup and Rosewater and shake with ice. Double strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a mint leaf and 3 drops of Angostura Bitters.
Pink Lady
1 1/2 oz London Dry gin
1/2 oz Apple Brandy
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Grenadine
1/2 oz Egg White
Shake all ingredients and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. No garnish.
Smouldering Rose
1 oz Mezcal
2 oz Rosé Vermouth
1/4 oz Velvet Falernum
A Dash of Rosewater
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. No garnish.
