Fun, Legitimate Radio for Lifters

I rarely write reviews but Arthur, et al. consistently put out evidence-based, entertaining stuff. One of the gems of the strength community! Leave the bro-science behind and learn something new every episode from someone less boring than a stuffy academic. ;)
