I have been flipping, wholetailing, and wholesaling realestate for several years and following this podcast for several months. I wish I had found this podcast much sooner. I benefit greatly from the content. Todd, thank you for all the content you put out each week. I also bought and highly recommend the no limits selling system that he mentions. Awesome podcast and content!

Thank God for this podcast! Even though I’ve been in this business successfully doing 30 deals and last two years. There’s so much that I have learned from Todd’s wisdom. Even with going to masterminds, courses, books, and YouTube videos I still feel like there’s so much actionable advice in each and every episode of the No Limits Real Estate Investing Podcast. Todd’s delivery of the information really lets it sink in. One way that he helped has been thru getting me out of ruts, none bigger than when I was stressing out about not having deals. Well, one of his podcasts clearly says that’s because you have to have consistent marketing. And, my main marketing wine have been turned off for one whole month when my main lead source went down in October, and I didn’t have an alternative. After that I did find a alternative, got two cold callers and got two deals shortly after. Amazing now that I think of it. Another, and I wish I had taken advice sooner but I don’t think I was ready anyway. That I had started to look to hire others, for a more important position; acquisitions manager. Found someone after a couple months, and in two weeks we’ve gotten two deals and I know that I need to get her more leads. So I am very excited and very grateful for Todd’s willingness to share his wisdom for everyone to succeed. Thanks Todd, hope to meet you sometime. -Johnny Cashoffer
