Binge listening from the beginning

I’m a super host thanks to Natalie!
I stumbled upon this podcast in the early days while I was setting up my STR. I was hooked and went back to the beginning to binge listen to them all. Every detail that Natalie recommended I implemented and the results were clear through my reviews. Natalie said to give your guests baggies for leftovers, my guests commented on how nice it was to have those. Natalie said to have enough cookware to make a spaghetti dinner, my guests comment that my kitchen is “well stocked”. You get the idea. I even analyze my reviews to see who is the “AirBNB hole” while channeling Natalie’s voice (of course it’s not me). Also, for female hosts, go to the Level Up Your Listing Summit.
