Breathtaking Narrative Experience
Nocturne is truly one of the most incredible narrative performances I’ve ever had the pleasure of witnessing. I found my way to it through the Radio Winden/Dark Companion Podcast (also a 5 star podcast, but a whole different beast). I was floored and instantly hooked!
As someone who listens to a lot of narrative podcasts and tabletop role playing series, this is top notch! Pumpkinberry is an insanely talented and brilliant Game Master and show runner, and brings in a phenomenal cast to tell a haunting and mind-bending story of love and loss and the lengths we will go to in order to protect the ones we care about, and the hidden strengths inside of us to confront and overcome our deepest trauma and demons—even if those demons become much more literal than metaphorical.
Truly cannot recommend this series enough, or Tablestory itself. Please also consider watching some of their other series, including Kingmakers, Gone and the Cerebrum Project.
Not a play. People working on a script.
I was expecting a play or story. it is group of people talking about developing a script for as story. it is mostly one prrson asking each of the others to contribute to a story line. There is a lot of dead time as they talk about minor details for the story they are developing.
This is one of the worst podcasts ever.
I love you guys
I’ve been listening to Tablestory for a long time and this is my favorite show. I LOVE THE CAST SO MUCH. I’ve laughed, cried, and cried laughing. You guys are fantastic. Amazing job PB❤️❤️
