Christmas and Creation | Heaven Came Down | Pastor Bryan
As we begin the Advent and Christmas season and end this year-long bible engagement journey, we want to finish it the way we started it: by pointing you back to the bigger story. And as we do, it not only helps you understand the whole bible more clearly, but you’re going to understand and appreciate the meaning of Christmas in a way you never have before.

The Beautiful Absurdity of Friendship with God | Pastor Bryan
Aristotle, immersed in the pantheon of Greek gods, thought it was totally absurd to think that a human being could be a friend of the gods. Aristotle said friendship was an impossibility because humans and the divine share absolutely nothing in common.
Is it absurd to think that man could be a friend of God? Yes. But is it possible? According to scripture...Yes. It’s a beautiful absurdity...but a stunning possibility.
And it’s only possible because the God of Christianity is very different from any other deity throughout all of history. -
Grace Gratitude Glory | Unfolding Celebration | Pastor Bryan
What does it look like to live a spirit-filled life? If we are truly empowered by the Spirit, shouldn’t that be noticeable in our work life, in our relationships, in our witness? If so, how?
Far too many of us live lives that are too much like our friends and neighbors who don’t follow Christ. We’re living an everyday life when a supernatural life is available to us. We’re living beneath our privilege as sons and daughters of God.

The Mission of the Church | The Church Defined Week 4 | Pastor Bryan
Over the last several weeks, we’ve been looking into various aspects that define the “church”, not just a particular local church but the Lord’s church globally (and eternally). In the Great Commission, you see an underlying principle recurring throughout the bible. Once we realize the depth of God’s grace that has been given to us, gratitude will overflow from our hearts. We will want to pay it forward. We will want others to know and experience what we now know and have experienced.

The Future of the Church | The Church Defined | Pastor Bryan
Over the last few weeks, we've been discussing the reawakening of our love for the church. Not the building, not a denomination, not a certain ministry, but the beautiful, complex, diverse, global, and eternal family of God. His Church.
This week, Pastor Bryan brings clarity to misconceptions about heaven in order to come to a true, biblical understanding that would infuse a future-focused hope into our present journey through life. -
The Worship of the Church | Week 2 The Church Defined | Pastor Bryan
Will you prepare your heart and your life to be a place where God dwells?
There is something unique, powerful...even holy, and supernatural about the collective worship of God’s people when we gather. In week 2 of The Church Defined series, we will discover how worship is defined and lived out in the context of The Church.

Heart felt gratitude!
My husband and I attended the service at Northplace for the first time this morning and, wow, what a powerful message it was. The kind of power that moves one into action.
Immediately after church, my husband and I felt compelled to let a certain individual, who had recently offended me physically, know we forgive him and asked that we be forgiven for our reaction (anger) to his action.
I was sexually abused by my step-father years ago. God enabled me, with His power to forgive him. The weight of the burden was lifted and what a relief it was.
When my step-father passed away, I cried. That was something I thought I would never do because I had such hate in my heart for the man.
We serve a powerful and mighty, awesome God.
Thank you, pastor, for being totally honest about your life experiences.
Thank you, God, for using our neighbors to lead us to Northplace. We'll be back!!
Praise God from Whom all blessings flow.
